HR Links Readiness What you can do!



To access HR Links, GSA's new Time/Leave System go to https://corporateapps.gsa.gov/hr-links/

Any existing leave or overtime requests that have been submitted in ALOHA for pay periods subsequent to May 13 - May 26, 2018 (PP 11) will need to be re-entered into the new HR Links system which is going live on June 4, 2018.  Please refer to the following link and select either the Leave Request Report and/or Overtime Request Report with instructions on how to download your current ALOHA requests into Excel: https://aloha.gsa.gov/aloha_training.

Click on the Reports Tab in ALOHA, then click on Leave Request Report.  Select employee(s) name(s), select from pay period 2018 - PP 12, select to pay period 2019 - PP 26 and click on Run Report.  Once the result set is returned, click on the export to Excel link and save to your local computer.

In order to prepare GSA for this transition, HR Links Time and Leave training is currently available in Online University (OLU) and must be completed by June 1, 2018.  More information on this training is available on Insite.
